Principal
The Principal is the chief academic and administrative leader of the institution, responsible for providing vision, leadership, and oversight for academic programs, spiritual formation, and institutional development. The Principal works closely with faculty, staff, and students to promote excellence in theological education, foster a Christ-centered learning environment, and advance the mission and values of the college.
Vice Principal
The Vice Principal assists the Principal in the academic and administrative management of the institution, supporting faculty, students, and staff while ensuring the effective implementation of institutional policies and programs.

Academic Dean
The Academic Dean oversees academic planning, curriculum development, faculty coordination, and academic quality assurance, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, and theological scholarship.
Chaplain
The Chaplain provides spiritual leadership and pastoral care to the college community through worship services, counseling, prayer, and programs that nurture spiritual growth and Christian formation.
